Important Legal Notice: Distinction Between Address Types Under Australian Law
Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)and Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) regulations, a Virtual Business Mailing Address, a Registered Office, and a Principal Place of Business are legally distinct. A virtual address provides commercial mail receipt and marketing presence, whereas your Principal Place of Business must reflect where your business operations or trade depot are chiefly conducted. Using an ALLY address as an ASIC Registered Office is a separate, team-reviewed request and needs formal written occupier consent prior to lodging ASIC Form 484.
